(Boil the Pasta, Mince Meat mix (with Oil, Onion, Spices, Coriander), 1 medium can Craft Cheese (shredded

Bechamel Ingredients: ½ Small Glass Oil + 1 small Glass Flour + 3 + ½ big Glasses Water + Salt +Black Pepper + 3 Table spoon Milk Powder.


Method of Preparation

Start doing the béchamel by roast the flour in the oil ,the n mix the milk with the water, flow it slowly and stir them , add the salt , and the pepper, if it need for more water just add it in few amount..
Put in the payer, then another layer from the pasta the spread the shredded craft cheese, then meat layer, then the pasta, and finally last layer from the béchamel sauce. Put it in the oven for 10 min, then roast it from top… serves it hot...
