Shrimp balls with corn flakes

Ingredients

500g heeled boiled shrimp
1piece onion
3pieces boiled potatoes
2big table spoons soya sauce
1egg
Rusk
Corn flakes
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Red cold paper hot pepper if you want
Smashed garlic
Parsley
Cooking oil


Method of Preparation

Boil the potato then filter it, and peel them, boil the shrimp, and use the mixer to mince them together.
Spice them with the spices above, and then add the mince onion, and the soya sauce.
Make equal balls, and dip them in the Rusk, the egg. Then dip them in the corn flakes until they covered from all sides.
Grill them in deep oil and medium heat until they got red color, and then serve it.
