1 Green cold Paper
1 pieces Tomato
1 Eggplant
1 rod Green Onion
Salt + Lemon (as desire)

Method of Preparation

Cut the paper and the tomato into small cubes, and cut the onion into small slices , grill the eggplant in the oven and flip it until its cook, then cut it into two half length way, and roast them in a pan paint with oil, peel the eggplant , and smash it with the fork, put them in a ball with the paper , the tomato , and the onion , mix them well , and add the salt, and the lemon..
