SESAME COFFEE
قهوة السمسم
Ingredients
3 glass water
6 table spoon sesame
3 table spoon sugar
1 medium table spoon ground coffee
4 grains cardamom
1 whole cinnamon
Method of Preparation
Roast the sesame on over until the color is change then ground it ( not very soft) boil the water and add the sugar until it is melt and boil again , add the coffee and leave it boiling 2-3 min , ground the cardamom and the cinnamon ( very good ) and add it for the coffee and stir with the spoon and add sesame and leave it on oven for 2 min .
Stir it and serve it hot….
(Drink the coffee and use the spoon to eat the sesame from the bottom)
