Spiced Zucchini
متبل الكوسا
Ingredients
2 pieces zucchinis, cut and fried in the oil
½ can yogurt
1 table spoon tahena liquid
Salt (ad desire)
1 Lemon (squeezed)
½ garlic lube smashed
Method of Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in the mixer put it in the plate. Decorate it with the olive oil, the sumac, and the green coriander.
