Ingredients
1Glass Lintels + 1pack pasta
1TAble spoon Cumin + Salt
1table spoon for (sumac + pomegranate molasses)
1/4 glass lemon juice + 3 onions slices and bearded
3garlic lubes mince +2 table spoons Coriander mince
2glasses roasted bread
Method of Preparation
Put the lintel in a put with water, salt and cumin, and leave it on low heat until it's cooked...
(Don’t let all the water dried).
Boil the pasta , and keep it on side , then add it to the lintel, and mix them together , add the lemon , then roast the garlic in olive oil with coriander , the flow it on the paste with pomegranate molasses ,and sumac .finally add the Hearn onion and the roasted bread , and put it in the serving plate
Decorate it with the rest of onion, bread, coriander, and serve it...
