SMACH POTATO WITH MEAT AND Bechamel
البطاطا المهروسة باللحم والبشاميل
Ingredients
(First Layer (Smash Potato
5 Pieces Big Potato + 1 Glass warm Milk
4 Table Spoon Labna + 1 table spoon Butter
½ Tea Spoon from (salt + Black Ground pepper)
(Second Layer (Mix Vegetables
2 Glass (Mix Vegetables) + Carrot + corn + Pea + Bean
(Third Layer :( stew Mince Meat
250 g Mince Meat + Big Onion + Medium Tomato + 3 Garlic Lube (mince) 1 Medium Spoon from (Salt + Black Ground Pepper + Carry)
3 Table Spoon Tomato Paste + 1 Table Spoon Red Pepper (Liquid)
1 Glass Water + 2 Table Spoon oil
(Last Layer: Bechamel Sauce (prepared
Method of Preparation
Cut the potato into slices , boil it in hot water , and the same for the frozen vegetables , then prepare the ادام Mince Meat by cutting the onion and roasted into the oil then wash the meat and add it to the onion until it’s dry fro the water . Cut the tomato into small pisses and add it to the meat , stir all in low heat , add now the salt , spices , sauce, red pepper and stir on high heat until it got the dark color. Add the water and leave it on low heat so the sauce will be thicker, at that time add the garlic, stir well, and the sauce will be ready.
After the potato is ready , you start mix the first layer , flow it in the medium size pan , then add the second layer ( boil vegetable ) , then ادام Mince Meat , and finally is the béchamel sauce , put it inside the oven on ( 180 degrees) and roasted for 10 min from down , and 10 min from up .
Leave it on side to cool down, decorate it before serving it…
