الجملة الاولى رسميه لوجود كلمة (I) حينما تقارن الطول بالنسبه للشخص نفسه أي انك تريد القول ان فلان اطول مني.
و الثانيه غير رسميه لوجود كلمة (me) حينما تقارن مدى الطول نفسه دون اعتبار للاشخاص .. اي انك تريد القول ان هنالك حقا فارق في الطول .

What's the difference between"so " ,"too " and "very "?


Use “so” before positive adjectives,
مع الصفات الحسنه و الإيجابية
- so good
– so beautiful
And “too “before negative adjectives،
تستخدم مع الصفات السلبيه او غير الحسنه
- too hot
– too bad
Use” very” with both:
تستخدم مع كلا الاستخدامين
- very good
– very bad
Note:
“too” is used, the meaning is more than accepted.
تأتي بمعني أكثر من الازم
When we say:
” The bag is very heavy” it means that, it is heavy, but you can carry it, while if you say: “The bag is too heavy” the meaning here is that you can’t carry it.
في المثال السابق حينما استخدمنا very تعني يمكن حمل الحقيبه بالرغم انها ثقيله جدآ .
أما حينما استخدمنا too فهنا نعني أن الحقيبه لا يمكن حملها.
 Note :
“too” is used with positive adjectives, the meaning is the opposite.
لا تستخدم أبدا too مع الصفات الايجابيه ﻷنك حينها تتحول الى معنى معاكس ، أي معنى سلبي .
Never tell a girl she is too clever, it will mean she is stupid.
هنا بالمثال حينما استخدمت too مع صفة clever اعطت معنى stupid 
So, be careful 
