HOME MADE MEAT KEBAB
كباب اللحم المنزلي
Ingredients
500 g mince Meat without fat
2 pieces Onion (fine mince)
4 Table spoon medium parsley
1 Tea spoon Salt
1 Tea spoon spices
Cooking Oil
Method of Preparation
Mix the meat with the onion , parsley ,salt , and the pepper, then press them as a finger shape and stick them with barbecue wood sticks .Deep fried them, and make sure they are roasted from all sides, or you can grill them on charcoal instead. And serve …
