MOQALQAL MEAT WITH COLD PEPPER

لحم مقلقل بالفلفل البارد



Ingredients

½ kg Meat cut into small pieces, boiled half cooked with your favorite spices
1 Medium onion sliced
4 Garlic lubes sliced
1 Medium tomato sliced
1 Large paper sliced
1 tea spoon spices (Black pepper, dried Coriander, Cumin) grounded
Laurel (bay leaf) + 2 cinnamon stick + 4 Grains Carnation


Method of Preparation

Bring a pot and add the oil to toast the onion, and garlic, then add the tomato and the cold paper and stir them well. Add the meat a, spices , and the salt , leave it on low heat until the water for the meat and the tomato is almost dried … serve it hot …

Remarking
To get red from the meat smell ,first boil it in water with salt and the fat will start appear, so start get red of it and don’t leave it for more than 15 min , then change the boiled water with new one ( add the Cumin, turmeric, and Cardamom).Leave it until it’s done…
