CHICKEN PARMEGANA

Ingredients
2 Chicken Breast + 4 Table spoon oregano (sliced) + 1 lemon + ¼ Glass Olive oil + 1 Tea spoon Oregano + 1+ ½ Tea spoon Black pepper grounded + 1+ ½ Tea spoon Salt

White Sauce Ingredients: 3 Garlic lubes + 2 Tea spoon Butter + 1 Can Crème + 8 Pieces fresh Mushrooms sliced + 3 Table spoon shredded cheese + ½ Tea spoon white pepper grounded .
Method of Preparation
Spice the chicken breast with fermentation ingredients, and keep it in the refrigerator for one night.
Prepare the white sauce : by shred the garlic and roast it with butter , then add the white pepper , , then add the crème , and the shredded cheese , mix all together , then take it off the oven..
Take the fermentation chicken and use the electric grill , or use a pan , after it’s done out it in the serving plat and flow on it the white sauce , and decorate it with (red yellow) paper , carrot , and oregano …
