BASIC STEPS TO HAVE GOOD CAKE

القواعد الأساسية



· Turn on the oven on 180 degrees, and quarter hour before you put cake pan, because the high temperature for the oven make the cake not fluffy.
· All the ingredients temperature should be same as the room temperature, you suppose take it out from the refrigerator 1 hour before you start mixing the cake, specially the eggs.
· Use the same glass for all the ingredients.
· Make sure from the expired date for the biking powder.
· Eggs must beet on high speed, and same for all liquids, and it should be for 5 min, and when u adds the solid things like flour reduce the speed to minimum speed.
· Flour and biking powder must x before you use them.
· It is likely to use few drops from the vinegar, or vanilla dash with the eggs, so you get red of the bad smell.
· Mix all the cake ingredients at the same direction, so you will make sure the air gets inside the flour.
· If u finds that the cake mixture is liquid you can add 1 table spoon from the flour.
· Paint the cake template with oil , then splash a small amount from flour in side it , turn it up side down to get red from extra flour, and now at the market they have the non stick spray for sweat.
· After you mix the cake put it immediately in the oven.
· Don’t open the oven before 20 min , and when you take it out don’t turned it before it get cold , so it will not breaker.
· To make sure the cake is done use a wood tooth peak to dig it inside it, and when you take it out clean that means it is done.
· Don’t put the cake in front of cold air, or in the refrigerator, so it will not shrink.
· When you add fruit to the cake use 1 small spoon biking powder so it will help it to raise good.
· It is unlikely to use better at winter, so the cake will not be dry, so it better to use oil instead.
· In case you add chocolate grains to the cake mixture, it is better to roll them in flour so it will not stay at the cake bottom.
