BLUBERRIES CAKE
كيكة البلوبيري
Ingredients
1 GLASS SUGAR
1+1/3 GLASS FLOUR
½ GLASS FRESH ORANGE JUICES
½ GLASS OIL
½ GLASS WATER
4 EGGS + 2 EGGS WHIT (BIG SIZE)
2 TEA SPOON BIKING POWDER + 1 TEA SPOON BIKING SODA
SALT CHRED + VANILLA
Method of Preparation
Beet the sugar , eggs , water , oil , and the vanilla until they mix together , then add the flour , the biking powder ,the biking soda and the salt mix well.
Add the orange juice mix aging and put the mixture in the pan .the oven must be (180 digress), until it is done
Preparing the creme: mix the creme can with the sugar and keep it in refrigerator until you use it.
HOW U DECORATE THE CAKE : after the cake is done and becomes cold , cut it into two half, flow the lower part with orange juice and put a small amount from the creme, and a thin layer from the blueberries , and another layer from the creme , then the other half from the cake , and decorate it from all side with the creme , and put in the middle the blueberries.
