PIECIES OF CAKE WITH WHITE TOFFEE
قطع الكيك بالتوفي الأبيض
Ingredients
2 EGGS + 1 TEA SPOON VANILLA + 1 GLASS LIQUID MILK + 1+ ½ WHITE FLOUR + ½ GLASS SOUGAR + 3 TABLE SPOON FRESH ORANGE JUICE + 1 TABLE SPOON BIKING POWDER
Mouhalabia: 1 Envelope Custard (Vanilla Flavored) + 2 Glasses Milk
Strawberries or Any Other Fruits.
TOFEE: 1 Can Creme + 1 Coffee Cup Sugar + 1 Table Spoon Butter.
Method of Preparation
Beet the eggs with the sugar , then add the fresh orange juice , later add the flour and the biking powder and mix them together , add the mixture to the pan and put it in the oven (160 digress) for half an hour ( or until it is ready ) .
A after the cake is cold cut it into slices , and start preparing the Mouhalabia by boiling the milk , then add the Mouhalabia , stir it good, dip the cake slices inside it from both side , arrange them in the saving plate.
Mix the strawberries with the Mouhalabia and put them in the middle.
Prepare the toffee by mixing the sugar with the butter in a pan until it’s milt and got the gold color, then add the cream and stir it quickly , and use it as topping on the cake , put it in the refrigerator and serve it .
