APPLE CAKE WITH TOFEE
كيكة التفاح بالتوفي
Ingredients
2 GLASS FLOUR
¾ GLASS SUGAR
¾ GLASS OIL
1 GLASS shredded APPLES
2 TABLE SPOON BIKING POWDER
4 EGGS + VANILLA DASH
4 TABLE SPOON MILK POWDER
Method of Preparation
Mix the eggs with vanilla in the mixer, then we add the sugar and continue mixing, add now the oil, then the milk and shredded apples
Add them to the flour and biking powder and mix them manually minimum speed.
Flow the mixer in the pan with (24 cm) size; put it in the oven (160 degrees) for 35 min.
After it become cold topping it with toffee and shredded almond...
