SYRUP CAKE WITH YOGURT
كيكة الزبادي بالشيرة
Ingredients
1 GLASS YOGORT OR 1 CAN SMALL YOUGORT
¾ GLASS SUGAR
½ GLASS OIL
2 EGGS + SMALL AMOUNT VANILLA
I GLASS FLOUR use the flour nest + 1 TABLE SPOON BIKING POWDER
Method of Preparation
Mix the liquid stuffs as they mention in the glass mixer, first eggs with vanilla, then sugar, oil, yogurt,
In another pawl you mix the flour with the biking powder after you use the flour nest
Together and add the liquid mixture from the mixer, mix the with hand mixer on medium power. Use pan size (24 cm) flow the mixture in the pan and put it inside the oven (170 degrees)
For half an hour, take out and immediately flow it with the syrup, cut it when it is cold.
