Chicken tekka masala

دجاج تكا ماسلا


Ingredients

Medium cubes boneless chicken + 1 spoon carry spice+ 1/2 spoon paprika+ hot powder + dash salt+ 1 Yogurt + 1/2 spoon ginger fine mince garlic+ grounded black pepper


Method of Preparation

Arrange the chicken in the tray; put it in the oven so it will be roasted from the both sides.
Then roast three lobs of mince garlic and half spoon of mince ginger with cardamom grains, and one hot paper, and one bay leafs , stir them for one minuets.
Then add two spoons of tomato paste then tomato juice with spoon from the green onion and the fresh coriander.
Add also two fresh mints leaf, and spoon from the vinegar, keep to oil for three minutes, then add the roasted chicken for another two minutes.
Stir them all for few minutes then serve it with bread or the white rice.

Remarking
Take part of it and add grounded saffron and the rest add orange artificial color on it.
