Vermicelli sweet

Ingredients
1/2 glass broken Pakistani vermicelli
1 glass sugar
2 glasses water
1+1/2 glass oil
You can add cardamom grains
Method of Preparation
Heat the oil then stir the vermicelli in it until the color is change then remove it out from the oil and throw the oil away , then return the vermicelli back add the water and the sugar , stir them on medium heat for a minute , then decrease the heat until the water is disappeared.
Put the vermicelli in a plate without stir it, until it’s cold and solid, then serve it.
Decorate it before you serve it.
