Scallops with noodles
نودلز بالسكالوبس
Ingredients
Scallops
Very fine noodles
Paprika + oil +salt
2 big spoons soya sauce
2 rods green onions circles
Hot paper cut
1 lube garlic
Black pepper
Method of Preparation
Add the garlic with the oil in the pan, then stir it well, add the paprika, the onion, the hot pepper, then add the soya sauce.
Put the noodles in hot water for one minuets, add it to the onion and stir it for another minutes, then put it in the serving plate.
Fry the scallop, and spread black pepper on it, paprika, and the soya sauce, roasts it from the both sides.
Put it on the noodles and serve it hot.
