(Banana sweet (third method
حلى الموز (3)
Ingredients
3 bananas mushy + 1 Coffee cup flour
Little of flour for dipping+1/2 small spoon sodium carbonate + water.
Method of Preparation
Mix the flour with the carbonate and the water well as at the picture.
Cut the bananas then dip it in the flour, then dip it in the mixture you make, and deep fried them.
Serve it with ice cream or fruit salad.
