(1 medium Onion (sliced into small pieces
(1 Tomato (sliced into small pieces
(Green Coriander (fine mince
(1 Tea spoon Spices (Black Pepper + Cumin + Dried Coriander
Fish fillet or any kind of fish cut it into two half
(¼ Glass Tahena (liquid
1 Table spoon Black Vinegar
¾ Glass Water to lighter the tahena (as desire)
2 Table spoon Olive oil+ Salt
Method of Preparation
Fist we will prepare the tahena , by mixing ( water + \vinegar + liquid tahena), then add the onion, tomato , coriander, salt, black pepper, and olive oil, and spread the Pyrex with the oil and start arrange the fish after clean them , and flow the tahena mixture on it. Put it in the oven on (170 degrees), until the sauce start dry, then roast it from up, and serve it with white sauce, or bread...
