Tomato medium size
Boiled Eggs
Liquid Cheese
Lotus + Parsley
Method of Preparation
Peel the eggs , then cut it from one side then fix it in linear way, , then cut the tomato from it’s basic , then fix it over the egg using wood tooth pick .
Put the cheese or the mayonnaise in plastic bag, then draw separated dots on the tomato, arrange them in the serving plate, and decorated with lotus, and parsley…
