Ingredients

2 pieces boiled Potatoes medium size
1 Can Cheese chider cut it into squares?
Lotus + Parsley mince
Rusk
Cooking Oil

Sauce Ingredients

2 Table spoon liquid cheeses
1 Table spoon Mayonnaise


Method of Preparation

Shred the boiled potatoes, and divided into small balls , spread each ball and stuff it with the shedder cheese , and cover it, and give it the ball shape , and make sure it is round and soft, then dip it in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the Rusk , and deep fried them until it got the gold color, arrange them in the serving plate and put under them the lotus and the parsley .
Mix the sauce ingredients together and flow it over the salad.
