Carrot Creme Soup

1 Glass shredded Carrot
2 Table spoon Flour
¼ Glass whipping Crème
Onion medium size
3 Glasses Chicken broth
1 table spoon Butter
Parsley for decoration

Method of Preparation

Heat the butter and roast the onion and the carrot in it, then spread the flour on the onion , carrot , and stir until its color becomes gold , add the chicken broth , the salt , and the spices to the above mixture , leave it for 15 minuets , then add the crème to the soup, then mix it in the mixer .
