3 pieces Tomatoes
3 pieces Cucumber
½ fagot Parsley
½ fagot Mint
2 rod Green Onion
½ Glass Grit drench in ½ lemon juice and ½ Glass of Olive oil

Method of Preparation

Wash the vegetables well, and drain it, then chop the parsley, the onion, and the mint.
Cut the tomatoes and the cucumber into small pieces, then mix all together, then add the grit after you remove its water, then squeeze lemon on it, and little salt (as desire)
