Salad Hummus with Yogurt

Ingredients
2 pieces cucumber + 2 pieces tomatoes
1 fagot parsley + 1 can hummus seeds
1 roll bread cut into small squares and fried
1+ ½ yogurt + 2 table spoons tahena
¼ glass lemon (squeezed) + salt +black pepper (as desirer)
1 tea spoon grounded Cumin + Sumac for the surface
Method of Preparation
Cut the cucumber and the tomatoes into cubes , then put them in the Pyrex tray , or serving plate , remove the hummus from its water , put it over the vegetables , then cut the parsley( gruff mince), and put it on the hummus.
Then start to prepare the yogurt sauce
Mix the yogurt with the tahena, and the lemon , the salt , the cumin , and the pepper , then flow it over the hummus plate , then cover it with fried bread , and spread little sumac on it… and serve it
