Lemons Pickles
مخلل الليمون
Ingredients
20 pieces Lemon
2 pieces Paper cut into slices
12 pieces Carrots cut into quarters
¾ glass lemon (squeeze)
Stuffing Ingredients
4 table spoons Salt + ½ tea spoon Saffron + ½ tea spoon Faneuil+ Blessing seeds grounded
Method of Preparation
Wash the lemon , and dry them , cut it quarters without separate it from the base ,mix the salt , the fennouil, the blessing seeds , and the saffron , and the lemon with it, ( half spoon for each lemon ) , then arrange them at the bottom of the jar, that you can closed good , after you finish the first layer , add the carrot , and the red pepper , then add another layer of the stuffed lemon , then another layer of the pepper and the carrot, after that close the jar , and put it under the sun for whole Day.
Later mix the lemon juice with half glass of water , flow it into the jar until you feel it up , and put it again under the sun for two weeks , then serve it..
