Torchy with Olive Oil
طرشي بزيت الزيتون
Ingredients
1 Glass Cabbage, cut into small pieces + 5 grains Bean
4 pieces Carrot small cubes + 1 Glass Cauliflower into small pieces
Red pepper (as desire) sliced
½ tea spoon Fennouil + 1 black seeds grounded
Spicing dressing Sauce
½ glass coffee cup black vinegar + 1 glass Water + 3 table spoons Salt + 1/8 tea spoon Saffron powder
Method of Preparation
Mix all the cut vegetables together with the Fennouil , and the black seed , put them in a jar that you can closed well, mix the water with the salt and the saffron , fill the ¾ of jar with it , then upside down the jar , and leave it this way for 24 hours, then open it and add the olive oil until you cover the vegetables , after another 24 hours you can serve from it.
You can keep it in the refrigerator for sex month…
