TOMATO STUFFED WITH RICE AND MEAT

Ingredients

Tomato (solid)
Onion (fine mince)
Meat (fine mince)
Tomato (fine mince)
Celery and Parsley (fine mince)
Egg
1 Glass Rice (boils and ready)
Parmesan cheese (cheddar)
Salt + spices + Black pepper


Method of Preparation

Empty the tomato from inside , toast the onion in the oil and add the mince meat and stir until its cooking , then add the mince tomato , and stir after that add the celery , parsley and the spices, stir well until its cooked.
On anther pan you put the rice and add the beating egg with little salt, stir it immediately once you add the egg, until the rice color become yellow.
Add the other stuffed you make and leave it on low heat, take the stuffed after it’s done and stuffed the empty tomato with it ( until the top).
Spread some parmesan cheese on the top.
Bake it in the oven on medium heat from 15-20 min... And serve it...
