MACARONI EGGPLANT MOULD

Ingredients
½ kg Mince Meat
1 Pack Spaghetti macaroni
1 Cup Boil Peens
1 Medium Onion (sliced)
½ can Tomato Paste
1 Smash Garlic lobe
Salt
Black Pepper
3 Big Eggplant sliced and fried
Method of Preparation
Put two big table spoons in a pan and add the onion and the garlic, stir them until they cooked, then add the salt, the black pepper, boiled peens wait tomato paste and leave it on low heat.
Boiled the pasta in hot water with salt and little oil inside it, then filter it, add it to the peens and mince meat and stir it well...
Arrange the sliced eggplants in pan (open from the mould).
Flow the pasta inside it and press on it using the spoon , cover it with the aluminum foil and put it inside the oven ( medium heat) for half an hour , when it’s done take it out and remove the cover , upside down the mold on a plate and leave it until start being cold before you remove the mold..
