CHICKEN SHAWERMA PAN

Ingredients
1 Sliced Onion
Boneless Chicken and cut sliced or cubes
3 Garlic lubes (mince)
½ piece Green paper (sliced)
1 Small Tomato (cubes)
Parsley (mince)
Lotus (fine slices)
Black Paper + Cumin + Spices
Shawerma Sauce
3 Table spoon Mayonnaise + 2 Table spoon Crème + 2 Garlic lube + few drops from Lemon (squeeze) + Salt + pepper + Cumin.
Method of Preparation
Add little oil to the onion and stir it for a few minutes then add the chicken until it’s done and it’s water gone , add the garlic, the slices of the green paper, tomato , parsley , Black Paper , Cumin , Spices, stir well until the chicken is done .. Then add the lotus.
Now start preparing the special sauce for the shawerma by mixing the all ingredients and serve it beside the shawerma with French fries and pickles...
Ingredients to make the special soft bread for shawerma
You need for
3 Glasses Flour + 1 Table spoon Sugar + Salt (as desire)
1 Glass hot water + ½ Table spoon Yeast + 3 Table spoon oil + Egg+ 1 Tea spoon Biking powder + 3 Table spoon milk (powder)
METHOD
Mix the yeast , sugar ,and the water , leave them for 10 min, then add the salt ,and the egg, beat them , then add the flour , biking powder ,powder milk, and the oil , and knead them until we got consistent dough , then start rounding it and spread it( the thickness you want) by splash the service with flour , , heat a pan and spray it with oil , then toast the bread on it from the both sides, put it in food keeper so it will stay soft until serving time.
