Ingredients

1 chicken cut into small pieces boneless
2 onions cut fine slices
1 big potato peeled and medium cubes
1 table spoon fine mince garlic
1 green hot paper fine mince
2 lemon squeeze
1/3 glass oil
1/4 glass water
1 yogurt (400g)
1+1/2 table spoon salt
2 tea spoons grounded cumin
2 tea spoons grounded ginger
2tea spoons carry powder
Cashew cut for decoration



Method of Preparation

Spice the chicken with paper, cumin, coriander, carry, and turmeric, and half spoon salt, stir well and cover it, leave it on side for half an hour.
Bring a pot and add little oil in it and put it on the oven then add the chicken, and stir it for five minutes, then add the onion, the garlic, the rest of the salt, the ginger, the paper, and stir again, and leave it for fife minuets.
Add the potatoes, the yogurt, and the water, stir well, cover it and leave it on medium heat for fifteen minutes, and stir it every other while.
Later add lemon juice, stir it, and remove it away from the oven, then serve it...
