Spicy Chinese chicken

3 pieces chicken breast cut,
2 table spoons oil
2 garlic lube
1 small piece ginger
1 hot green paper
1 table spoon soya sauce
1 table spoon white vinegar
1 table spoon hot sauce
1 table spoon sugar powder
1/2 small spoon salt
1 small can mushroom
1 small bag pea
1 small can corn
1/2 glass hot water
1/2 small glass oil

Method of Preparation

Cut the hot paper, the garlic, the onion, and the ginger, heat the oil in a pot then add them with the hot sauce and the ginger, then add the chicken and stir for five minutes.
Then add the rest of the ingredients, while you keep cooking until all the ingredients evaporate and the chicken is done.
Serve it with Chinese rice or noodles.
