Ingredients

1 pound sliced meat
Salt
1 spoon oyster sauce + 1 spoon fish sauce
3 spoons cooking oil
1 spoon soya sauce + 2 big spoons oyster sauce
2cm ginger
Broccoli
Baby corn
Pepper
Garlic
1 carrot
Little of sugar


Method of Preparation

Drench the meat in the oyster sauce and the soya sauce and fish sauce for one hour, grape a pan and add little oil then add the garlic , the ginger, flop them then add the onion , the meet after that add the vegetables, keep them until they cooked, then serve it.
