Potatoes Rolls with Rusk

Ingredients

½ K g potatoes
2 Eggs
Salt + Pepper (as desire)
Grounded Rusk
Oil for fried


Method of Preparation


Boil the potatoes after you wash it in hot water, then peel it and such it, add the salt and the paper to the smashed potatoes, and knead it after you add one egg to it. Then put the Rusk in a plate and the egg in another plate and scramble it.
Take a small amount of the dough and make it dislike, dip it in the egg, then in the Rusk, until all the dough is finish.
Start fried them until they got the gold color, put in on absorbable paper, and then arrange them in the serving plate.
