COLD CAKE LAYERS

Ingredients
1+ ¼ GLASS FLOUR + 1 GLASS SUGAR + 1 GLASS LIQUED MILK + ¼ GLASS OIL + 1 EGG + VANILLA + 1 TABLE SPOON BIKING POWDER
CINAMON STUFFED INGREDIENTS
1 TABLE SPOON COCO POWDER + 1 TABLE SPOON NESCAFEE
1 TABLE SPOON BROWN SUGAR + 1 TABLE SPOON GROUNDED CINAMON
LAST LAYER
4 PICIESS KIRI CHEESE + 1 CAN SWEETED NESTLE CRÈME (90 g).
FOR DECORATION
(MELT HERSHY CHOCOLATE + FRESH STRAWBERRIES (if it’s available
Method of Preparation
Mix all cake ingredients, then put quarter from the amount in a Pyrex pan medium size, put it in medium heat oven for (10 -15 min) only until the first layer is done. Then take it out and spread 1/3 from cinnamon stuffed then add on the top the other quarter from the cake , and return it back to the oven and turn it from up for few minutes until it is done, then take it out and add the other third from the cinnamon ..
And continue on as before until you have four layers from the cake, and tree layers from the stuffed…
When you finish the cake we mix the cheese with the concentrated milk until you got a thick crème .add as topping, and put it in refrigerator for two hours...
Then take it out and cut it for squares and decorate each one with the melted chocolate and serve beside it fresh strawberries…
