Ingredients
1 big spoon butter
1 glass semolina
Raisin and almond (as desire)
3 big spoons sugar
3/4 glass water
1 tea spoon grounded cardamom
1 tea spoon food orange color
Method of Preparation
Melt the butter on the oven, then add the raisin, the almond, and the grounded cardamom, stir them for one minute.
Add the semolina with the food color, melt the sugar with the water, then add the semolina slowly, mix them well.
Decorate it, and serve it.
