Carrot Indian sweet

Ingredients
2 glass shredded carrot
1 can cream puck
1 big Coffee cup sugar
1+1/2 bag tea biscuits
Coconuts for service
Method of Preparation
put the sugar with the shredded carrot in a pot on very low heat for fifteen minutes until the water is disappeared, then remove it way, add the cream on it while you stir, then add the smashed biscuits until it becomes dough, ball them as the size of the egg yolk then dip them in the coconuts, then serve it.
