Ingredients
Chicken fillet cut
1 piece of (red+ green+ yellow) paper
2 pieces carrot sliced
Mince garlic
Fresh ginger mince
Salt+ pepper
Vinegar
Sugar
Corn
Soya sauce
Little from chicken broth
Corn flour
Method of Preparation
Put the oil in the pan and put the chicken on it and stir them until they are roasted, and then add the garlic, the ginger, and the vegetables, stir them together.
In a cup add four spoons of soya sauce , and small spoon of sugar, salt , pepper, and little of chicken broth, and two spoons of corn flower , and stir the mixture with the spoon then flow it on the chicken , and stir it for little two minutes, or until it start shining , serve it with the rice.
