Ingredients
1 glass milk powder
1/4 tea spoon biking powder
3 glass liquid milk
4 spoons sugar (as desire)
Egg
Water rose
Cardamom grounded
Saffron
Method of Preparation
Knead the milk powder with the biking powder and the egg, then make balls like the size of the walnuts and use little oil in case it start stuck in your hands.
Melt the sugar with the liquid milk and water rose with the cardamom, the saffron all in the pot until they start boiling (you need to use wide pot because the size of the ball going to increase).
Dip them later in the milk , then decrease the heat , and watch the balls size and move them every while and take care because they becomes soft while they boiling.
Remove it away and keep it until cool down then spread pistachios on it, and it's better to keep it in the regret tater for one day, and then serve it
