Ingredients
4 pieces knead fish or any other kind of fish
1 onion sliced
4 lugs garlic sliced
Green onion cut small
1 lemon cut with the crust
(1 big spoon from (soya sauce+ barbecue + Worchester sauce
1 spoon sugar+ salt
4 spoons corn flour melt in glass of cold water
Green mince coriander
Method of Preparation
Wash the fish with salt and flour.
In the mixer add the fish spicy ( black pepper + cumin + cardamom + mix spices + 4 garlic lobs + salt+ lemon juice+ water) then spice the fish with it for two hours .
Heat the oil in a pan then add the onion , the garlic and the green onion , stir it until its color changed , later add the sliced lemon , the soya sauce and the barbecue and Winchester sauce , stir it, and here is the pictures for the sauces.
Add the fish, then add the spoon of sugar, the salt, and the hot glass of water, cover it for fifteen minutes on low heat.
After the fish is done add the glass of water with the corn flour melt inside it, stir it until its thick.
Decorate it with coriander, and serve it with white rice.
