ISKANDAR EGGPLANT

Ingredients
3 big pieces Eggplant (Sliced into Thick Circles)
Lebanese bread (sliced into big pieces)
Mice Meat well done with salt and pepper
The sauce ingredients
2 Glass hot Water + Magi cubs
2 Tea spoon Tomato paste
Method of Preparation
Bring the big Pyrex, and arrange the bread in the Pyrex, then add the well done meat on it. Then another layer the eggplant, and go on with the layers (eggplants, meat, bread).
After that you mix the sauce ingredients together, then flow it over the eggplant and press your hand on it until it absorb the water...
Cover the try with aluminum foil. Put it in the oven for 10 min, then turn it from up to roast it... decorates it with yogurt (if you want) when you serve it...
