Ingredients
800 g mince Lamb Meat or Chicken (around 4 Glasses)
2 pieces Onion medium size
4 pieces Potatoes medium size
½ Lemons
5 pieces Carrot medium size
¼ rod Parsley
1 Table spoon Salt
1 Tea spoon Pepper
1 Table spoon Spices
1 Table spoon Ginger shredded (as desirer)
2 Table spoon Oil
Cooking Oil
For Stuffing:
1 cans Creme
3 Table spoon liquid Cheese
2 Table spoon Milk powder
Egg
1 medium spoon Salt
For Decoration: Lemon + Carrot slices
Method of Preparation
Peel the potatoes and cut them into big slices , then grill them , chop the onion into small pieces , then add two spoons from the oil and stir them , until they got the yellow color, then add the spices( salt + pepper + spices + ginger ), then move it away from the fire .
Prepare the meat by cooking it on the fire , then add the onion that we roast it before , add the half lemon juice , and the parsley , and cover the pot , and leave it for few minutes , put all the mixture ingredients in the mixer( egg+ milk + crème + salt + chasse) mix them well
Shred the carrot , and grape a square pan ( 15+30 ) cm, arrange the fried potatoes as the first layer , then the meat stuffing as the second layer , then the shredded carrot as the third layer , and finally the cheese with crème , and spared little parsley on it ..
Put the try inside the oven on low heat until so the carrot will absorber the taste from the mixture , and all the layers will tight together , then take it out of the oven , and kept to cool down , then decorated with the lemon and carrot slices, and you can eat it with toast or bread…
