Ingredients
400 ml coconut cream
1 glass milk
2 glass water
1/2 glass sugar
12 g agar
1/2 glass shredded coconut
Method of Preparation
Mix the coconut cream with the milk, the water and add the sugar and the agar and mix them well.
Boil the mixture and leave it on low heat for three minutes, and add the shredded coconuts.
Flow the mixture in a try a keep it to be cold then divided into cubs.
Serve it cold.
If you couldn't find the coconuts cream put 1+1/2 glass from the shredded coconuts in the mixer and adds little milk to it and little of water, mix it until it becomes like cream.
