عجائن طرية ومضمونة (1)


3+1/4 glasses flour (Kuwait fancy flour)
4table spoon milk powder
1glass oil
1glass sugar
1table spoon yeast (sourdough)
1tea spoon salt1table spoon baking powder
1+1/4 glass warm water

Method of Preparation

Pasting all the ingredients together with hand or with pasty machine for ten mentis
Until you feel it's soft and well knit together, and as long as you pasting it will be soft, then cover it and keep it in warm place for one hour so it will yeasting , then farm it.

This dough used to make all kind of pies, the pizza, and chinbone.
