1 Big Glass drenched Jerresh grains
¾ Glass Egyptian Rice drenched
1 pack Magi soap noodles with chicken
1 Magi cube + Salt + pepper
Water + 1 little Yogurt

Method of Preparation

Put all the ingredients in the pot except the yogurt , and leave it until its cook , and stir it every other while, then add the liquid yogurt ( marai or Safi) ..
Prepare the dressing:
You need (1 onion + margarine + black ground lemon + black pepper + salt)
Start roasting the onion in the oil until it color becomes gold, then add the rest of the ingredients, then add it over the jerresh and cover the pot until you serve it…
When you serve it. Put the jerresh in the plates, and decorate it with the dressing...
