Chicken Kebab home made
كباب الدجاج المنزلي
Ingredients
2 whole Chicken + 2/3 Glass onion( mince) + 1 Tea spoon Garlic(mince) + 1 Table spoon green Ginger ( mince) + 1-2 green hot Paper + 1/3 glass Coriander ( mince) ¼ glass Parsley ( mince) + 1 Table spoon Mint ( mince)
(1+ ½ Tea spoon Salt + 2 Table spoon Flour (if needed
Method of Preparation
Remove the chicken skin, and cut it into cubes, and use the meat machine to mince it. They mix all the ingredients with the chicken (except the flour) and try mincing it in the machine (2-3) times until its fine mince. Round them and keep them in refrigerator for one hour. Then farm the kebab and put them around the sticks, put them back in the refrigerator, use the charcoal to grill them and try not to burn them because they need more time to be cook. Grill with them onion, tomato, and paper, put the sticks intermeddle of the bread and cover with the other half and try to pull the kebab out off the sticks. Serve them with grilled vegetables, lemon, and tahena sauce...
P.S: if the dough is not solid, use little from the flour until it become easy to be formed.
