Method of Preparation
Start preparing the meat balls, by missing all its ingredients together, then roll it and deep fried it in oil and put it on blotter to absorb the oil...
And start doing the sauce by toasting the onion with the garlic , and the magi ,then add the tomato and the paste, with the spices , leave it on he oven until it s thick , then add the meat with the half of the cold paper ( sliced) . If needed you can add little water, and leave it for 10 min on low heat, decorate it with lemon...
Serve it with white rice…
Remarking
When buying the mince meat, it’s better to put it in cool bags until you reach home, because it’s easy to be infected quickly if u doesn’t put it in refrigerator …
It is better if you cook it well to make sure it is well done, and so it will be safe for the person who is going to eat it...
