CHICKEN WITH CARRY

Ingredients
1 Kg Chicken Breast (boneless cubes)
3 Pieces Medium Potato (small cubes)
2 Pieces tomato (cut into squares)
1 Medium Onion (crude mince)
2 Garlic lubes smash with 1 Table spoon fresh ginger
2 Table spoon Coriander mince
Hot pepper (cut) as you desire
¼ glass Cooking Oil
1+1/2 Table spoon Cary + 1 small spoon Turmeric
1 Tea spoon Black Lemon (smooth) + Salt + Tomato paste

Method of Preparation
In a big pot put little oil to roast the onion , the hot pepper , and when they got the blond color add the smash garlic with the ginger, stir then add the carry , salt , Turmeric ,and the black lemon , stir well , then add the chicken , the potato cubes, with the tomato , stir all together , then add the tomato paste…
Later add the water until it cover the slop , leave it until the chicken is done and the sauce is slight, then add for it the coconut milk and the pine , leave it for 10 minutes until they got the coconut flavor , before you turn off the fire add the mince coriander on top ,and serve it hot..
