Atayef with Creme and Kerri

قطايف القشطة والكيري


1 glass Water
1 glass Flour
½ glass Milk powder
4 pieces triangle cheese
2 tea spoon Biking powder
Stuffing: creme or cheese Kerri + shira + pistachio grounded for decoration

Method of Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the mixer , then grape a pan and put it in low heat , prepare the Atayef ingredients , and start flow it in the pan in small circles and when the bubbles start to show start to pull it up so it will not be roast from below, arrange them in plate , and after you finish start stuffing it with cheese or crème , deep fried them until it got the gold color, then put the shira on it, and spread the ground pistachio .
